Forms
Adults will need to print, sign, and bring with them TWO FORMS, the YTC release form and the Georgia State Parks release form. Minors will need to print three forms, The YTC release form, the Georgia State Parks release form, and the photo release form found on page two of the park form. If anyone needs a parking pass for the day of the event, please print the Volunteer pass.
